What is Crude Glcerin Oil?

Glycerol (also known as glycerin) is a major byproduct in the biodiesel manufacturing process. In general, for every 100 pounds of biodiesel produced, approximately 10 pounds of crude glycerol are created.

As the biodiesel industry is rapidly expanding, a glut of crude glycerol is being created

Crude Glycerin is a major by-product resulting from the manufacture of Coconut Methyl Ester (CME) process (sweetwater), further puried by distillation and acidulation using hydrochloric acid. Contains 80-85% Glycerine.

Know More About Our Oils:

Coco Methylester (CME)

Produced through trans-esterification of triglycerides of coconut oil. It contains a variety of fatty acid methyl esters with carbon chain lengths between C6 to C18:2, C12 an C14 carbon chains are the most common.
